Ice Bath Warranty:
- Duration: Our ice baths come with a 3-year warranty for the tub itself, ensuring it remains free from defects in materials and workmanship. The chiller component of the ice bath has a 1-year warranty.
- Coverage: If any issues arise with the tub or chiller due to manufacturing defects during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected parts at no additional cost.
- Exclusions: The ice bath warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or alterations by unauthorized personnel.
