Where We Ship We ship to all 50 US states from our warehouse network located in Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Kentucky.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.

Delivery Time Our saunas are made-to-order. Estimated delivery is 4–6 weeks from the date of order confirmation. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Cost Free nationwide delivery within the contiguous United States.

Delays While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, occasional delays may occur due to supply chain or carrier conditions. We will proactively communicate any significant delays and work with you to find the best resolution.
