We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be disassembled, repackaged in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase is required.

A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items to cover handling and inspection costs.

Return Shipping Address Please contact us at returns@saunasareus.com to receive your designated return warehouse address based on your location. We have warehouse locations across the US including Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Kentucky.

Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 30 business days for your refund to be processed and issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
