Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through our website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

All saunas supplied by SaunasAreUs may feature manufacturer or SaunasAreUs branding, including but not limited to logos, labels, or insignia, regardless of whether such branding is shown on the product images displayed on our website. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

Due to the natural characteristics of timber and the staining process, the color, grain, texture, and overall appearance of saunas may vary from the images shown. Such variations are not defects, do not affect the structural integrity or performance of the sauna, and do not constitute grounds for cancellation, return, refund, or dispute. Over time, the deep red cedar tone may naturally fade or lighten, revealing a more neutral aesthetic beneath. This natural aging process is expected and does not impact the quality or durability of the product. 

The presence of branding, logos, or natural variations does not constitute a defect or grounds for cancellation, return, refund, or dispute.

6. BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

7. OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we have no control or input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement.

13. DELIVERY AND SETUP

SaunasAreUs makes deliveries of our products to customers. Upon delivery, customers can choose to either assemble the sauna themselves following the provided manual or opt for our professional assembly services for an additional cost related to your sauna model. SaunasAreUs is not liable for damages arising from improper self-assembly not conducted in accordance with the provided manual, including but not limited to damages that occur due to mishandling, incorrect assembly, or any actions taken by the customer during installation. Should customers encounter difficulties during the installation process, we encourage them to contact our customer support team for assistance or clarification of the installation manual.

14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the Service is at your sole risk. In no case shall SaunasAreUs, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

15. DISPUTE AND CHARGEBACK POLICY

By purchasing from SaunasAreUs, you agree to contact our support team and make a reasonable effort to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card provider, or financial institution.

Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution with us constitutes a violation of these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to contest any chargeback by providing all relevant evidence, including proof of delivery, service history, communication records, and our published policies.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Delivery of your sauna constitutes fulfillment of the product portion of your order.

  • Assembly is a separate service. Delays or scheduling issues related to assembly do not qualify as grounds for chargebacks, refunds, or disputes.

  • Chargebacks made in bad faith or outside the scope of our policies will be treated as fraudulent. We reserve the right to take legal or recovery action, including reporting to credit agencies and pursuing debt collection.

16. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SaunasAreUs and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Melbourne, Australia.
